About the TTB

The Tiramisu Tourism Board documents and reviews exceptional tiramisu from around the world. We believe that great tiramisu transcends borders, and we're here to help you find it, whether you're in Tokyo, Turin, or Toledo.

Our Story

The TTB started in 2024 after I (Ash) realized I was already reviewing every tiramisu I encountered anyway. What began as extensive notes in my phone has evolved into a comprehensive guide for fellow tiramisu enthusiasts.

We now maintain reviews from anywhere we go, with a rating system refined over numerous, and what some might call an unhealthy obsession with optimal coffee-to-mascarpone ratios.

Our Standards

Every tiramisu we review is evaluated on taste, texture, presentation, and authenticity. We visit each establishment personally, with no second-hand reports, and no sponsored content. Just honest reviews from someone who takes their tiramisu very seriously.

Our ratings range from "Passport Revoked" to "Extend Visa Immediately," with most falling somewhere in the respectable middle ground of "Worth the Layover."

About Ash

I'm a tiramisu enthusiast who turned a dessert obsession into a mission. When I'm not hunting down the world's best tiramisu, I'm probably drinking coffee and planning my next trip. I was once told that my standards are too high. I consider this a compliment.
